Job Summary:
We're looking for experienced individuals who will exceed expectations. You should have excellent written communication skills and a keen interest in offering gold standard support. You will be expected to outperform your colleagues in every way and help contribute in areas outside of the support product — whether that be helping test new features, identifying bugs, or suggesting improvements, the list is endless and your potential to grow within the company is infinite.
Key Deliverables:
- Offer gold standard support on and off the clock
- Create and maintain documentation
- Identify root causes and come up with actionable solutions and ideas
- Test new features for the product, ensuring the quality is of the highest level
- Bring forward suggestions and improvements for the product and its processes
- Identify fraud patterns
- Ensure the resolution of any crisis situation
Required Experience:
- Previous professional experience within the casino industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with counter-strike and cryptocurrency is preferred
