We’re looking for a fully remote QA Lead with a minimum of 5 years experience delivering consistently high quality tests, automations and leading QA teams for at least 2 years.

You’re expected to take full ownership of your work without hand-holding or micromanagement.

Experience in the CS or crypto gambling world is a huge plus.

Role Overview:

• Take charge of the overall quality assurance strategy, leading testing efforts to ensure our gambling products exceed user expectations for performance, reliability, and security
• Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing, tailored to the specific needs of our platform.
• Act as a bridge between QA engineers, developers, product managers, and designers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.
• Build, enhance, and maintain robust automation frameworks to scale our testing processes effectively.
• Drive performance, regression, and system integration testing at scale, ensuring optimal functionality even under high traffic loads.
• Foster a culture of learning and refinement, regularly reviewing and optimizing testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to QA engineers, encouraging growth and enhancing team efficiency.

Key skills required:

• Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of automated testing frameworks, with hands-on experience in Playwright.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring QA teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across departments and ensure alignment on quality standards.
• In-depth experience with performance, regression, and system integration testing, especially in high-scale, high-availability environments.
