We’re on the lookout for an energetic and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager who’s passionate about Counter Strike and trading skins to help us build the future of our marketplace for our customers. What you’ll be doing:

• Take full responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with both company objectives and user expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and key stakeholders, to create seamless and impactful product experiences.
• Recognize market opportunities and develop strategies to leverage them while staying ahead of emerging industry trends.
• Leverage data analytics to inform decisions, track product performance, and drive ongoing improvements.
• Translate business needs into high-level stories/requirements for new to market features & drive incremental delivery of these features in conjunction with the wider delivery teams.
• Advocate for the customer, ensuring that user-centered design principles are embedded in every aspect of product development.
• Employ systems design thinking to create player journeys that enhance engagement and growth, focusing on player motivations and behaviors.
• Maintain alignment among stakeholders, ensuring a unified understanding of product objectives and progress across all involved teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft go-to-market strategies and integrate marketing insights into feature development.
• Engage in player feedback research, map preferences, and serve as the voice of the player during product decision-making.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within tech, gaming, iGaming, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches and iterations.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders alike.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Bonus points if you have experience trading skins in Counter Strike in third party marketplaces
